1. DISCOVERY & ACQUISITION

We work hard to source off-market properties that represent the highest potential returns. Our expert team filters based on key factors – including price, location, asset quality, and value-add potential.

2. DUE DILIGENCE & UNDERWRITING

From onsite inspections to a financial deep-dive to mitigating potential risks while maximizing ROI, we dig deep on each potential deal, with only the most qualified moving forward.

3. RENOVATIONS & VALUE ADD

We invest capital in building upgrades, new amenities, infrastructure, and operational improvements to improve the resident experience commanding additional rental income and increasing valuations.

4. STABILIZE & REFINANCE ASSETS

We refinance and secure long-term, fixed interest institutional debt. We pay off short-term construction/acquisition loans and payback all principal equity to our investors.

5. MANAGE & OPERATE ASSETS

We are invested in not just our properties but also in the systems, processes, and tools needed to manage a portfolio of income-producing assets. Our system is effective, scalable and repeatable.
